My Expectations for Eng 304

The syllabus explains this class as the theory and practice of business communication and the way it works in various workplace settings. Therefore, I simply expect to gain the skills to communicate effectively in my current and future workplaces. I find having strategies and game plans useful. This allows me to be somewhat prepared for different situations and hurdles that are thrown my way. I expect this class to help outline those strategies, so that I can employ them as quickly as possible. The syllabus also indicates that I will be taught how to communicate through other mediums such as memos, emails, etc. I hope to learn how to communicate and write effectively in an all around good business-style.
